I don’t deserve a treat. I’m not scared that I’ll binge I’d rather go without but I don’t want to seem attention seeking, but then if I do eat I have like 7964 thoughts running through my head thinking that everyone in the restraint is watching me eat and judging me thinking, ah I can’t believe she’s eating she’s so fat.. Why is she even doing that to herself she shouldjust put the fork down.. Stuff like that and it just stresses me out

Yeah I’ve been feeling really shit lately so that’s added to it a lot I guess :/ um I did all day yesterday and I’m still not feeling any better today and I’m not slightly hungry so I’m just going to carry it on until dinner because I have a friends birthday dinner. Which I’m quite scared for tbh
